There’s too much AI news.
So we found the best.

👀 YouTube has a plan for AI misuse

what up YouTube be sure to smash that like button
YouTube continues its quest to make anyone and everyone a YouTube creator.
The recently appointed CEO promised a slew of products using generative AI.
They promise to allow anyone to use AI to create their own stories to post on YouTube. What's more, you will be able to use AI to swap outfits.
Here's the actual interesting part.
He said they’re taking the time to develop these features with “thoughtful guardrails.”
What does THAT mean?
It means they saw what happened to every other AI tool when users had unrestricted time with them.
These AI features could open up all sorts of avenues for exploitation.
We, personally, plan on recreating every Mr Beast video shot-for-shot. That’s passive income baby.
🤯 Figure emerges from stealth with AI robots out of Westworld

We’re one physical step closer to humanoid AI robots.
Figure emerged from stealth this week and unveiled their humanoid robot.
The startup is self-funded by Brett Adcock. Before this he founded an electrical aviation company.
There’s a massive artificial intelligence layer underneath the robotics layer.
They claim the robot will have the ability to think, learn, and interact with its environment alongside humans.
Before you get any ideas about robots doing your chores, there are a few steps to pass.
The first hurdle for these types of robots is commercial application. They’re targeting areas with “high labor shortages” first. Think manual labor in logistics, warehouses, shipping and the like.
“We believe humanoids will revolutionize a variety of industries, from corporate labor roles, to assisting individuals in the home, to caring for the elderly, to building new worlds on other planets. However, our first-step applications will be in industries such as manufacturing, shipping and logistics, warehousing and retail, where labor shortages are the most severe. We believe it’s important to optimize our business model to get to revenue as quickly as possible.”
TL;DR - we need money before we can sell these to anyone in Palo Alto.
The prospect of humanoid AI robots always seems 5-10 years off. But recent developments from Tesla, and now Figure, make it seem a little closer.
🚀 Google teases generative AI on Android

Source: Google
We all wrote Google off too early in the AI race.
A recent beta build of Android hints at an AI image generator within Android’s built-in keyboard.
Imagine adding an AI-generated image to a message the same way you attach a picture.
What’s novel about this is the ease of use. The closest thing to an “easy” way to generate AI images is via Midjourney on Discord. That interface is clunky for many.
What’s more, Android is far and away the most popular mobile OS on the planet.
Pair that with a phone chip that can compute AI-generated images on-device, and you have a whole new selling point for a phone.
Your move, Apple.

Yo dawg…
Had fun last night experimenting with using the ChatGPT API for document question-answering
🤪And then got crazy with it and used the ChatGPT API to evaluate and compare its performance
